You will drive process improvements, solve complex technical challenges, support the introduction of new technologies, and work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and development teams to achieve excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.\nThis is your new role\nEnsure stable, capable, and reproducible lithography processes in daily semiconductor manufacturing operations\nMonitor and improve process performance using SPC, process capability indicators, and manufacturing data analysis\nInvestigate process deviations, non-conforming lots, and yield excursions and drive sustainable corrective actions\nIdentify process-related quality issues and support continuous yield and defect reduction initiatives\nSupport root-cause analysis activities using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5Why and 8D\nDefine, execute, analyze, and document experiments to improve process capability, productivity, quality, and cost performance\nSupport qualification, release, and implementation of new processes, materials, and equipment\nContribute to process change management, industrialization projects, and technology transfers into production\nCreate and maintain process documentation, work instructions, OCAPs, specifications, and training materials\nConduct technical training and knowledge sharing for production teams\nParticipate in FMEA activities and support risk assessment and mitigation measures\nThis is you\nUniversity degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microsystems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline\nFirst professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or a comparable high-tech production environment is advantageous\nKnowledge of lithography processes and semiconductor manufacturing technologies is desirable\nStrong analytical thinking skills combined with a structured and systematic working approach\nPassion for solving technical problems and driving continuous improvement\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nHigh level of ownership, initiative, and accountability\nPractical mindset combined with attention to detail and quality orientation\nGood German and English communication skills, both written and spoken\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
