This role requires a strong customer-first focus, with responsibility for developing hardware and software tools that simplify product adoption, improve ease of use, and enhance the overall customer experience.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport design-win (DWIN) efforts for new products by developing application solutions.\nDevelop demos and present at trade shows to expand customer engagement and strengthen industry networks.\nSupport the Electrical Engineering Forum by providing solutions to complex customer application challenges.\nCreate user guides, test procedures, and evaluation boards (EVBs) to support new product launches.\nDevelop application notes that clearly communicate product value propositions and ease customer adoption.\nPerform competitor analysis and bench testing to compare product performance and positioning.\nBuild a strong understanding of customer needs across consumer, industrial, and automotive markets to deliver effective application solutions.\nDevelop application notes and reference designs to support future design-win opportunities.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.\nSolid technical background with deep understanding of analog ICs and the challenges customers may encounter when designing them into applications.\nStrong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.\nExcellent presentation and technical writing skills\nStrong time management and prioritization skills.\nProven analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.\nProficiency in debugging, validating, and demonstrating solutions using standard lab equipment.\nAbility to work effectively in a global and cross-functionalenvironment.\nFamiliarity with Altium Designer and Oxygen, preferred\nFlexible to travel 15% of the time\nNexperia is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and pregnancy-related conditions), gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws and ordinances.
