As part of SCM team, you will ensure schedules, materials, and capacity are aligned to support on-time machine delivery.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and manage production schedules for equipment built, align demand with available capacity.\n\nCoordinate with material planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to assure smooth production execution.\n\nTranslate customer demand, engineering changes, and project timelines into executable production plans.\n\nMonitor daily build progress, highlight variances, and drive recovery actions to meet delivery requirement.\n\nMaintain accurate planning data, routings, and capacity settings in the ERP system.\n\nSynchronize with production on build priorities, configuration updates, process changes\n\nSupport supply chain projects and continuous improvement activities as assigned.\n\nWhat you will need\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.\n\n3+ years of production planning experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment, high-mix/low-volume machinery environments.\n\nStrong understanding of scheduling, routing, capacity planning, and ERP/MRP systems.\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and cross-region teams.\n\nAbility to manage dynamic priorities and maintain planning accuracy in an expanding manufacturing environment.\n\nStructured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with ownership and urgency in driving result.\n\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
