Quality Assurance\nMonitor inspection effectiveness and process capability.\nVerify AOI defect classification accuracy.\nEnsure compliance with customer quality requirements and industry standards.\nParticipate in internal and external quality audits.\n5. New Product Introduction (NPI)\nSupport process qualification for new products.\nDevelop inspection strategies for new assemblies.\nPerform program validation and capability studies.\nCollaborate with Process, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineers during product launches.\n6. Equipment Maintenance\nPlan and execute preventive maintenance activities.\nMonitor AOI machine performance and calibration status.\nEnsure spare parts availability and service readiness.\nMaintain equipment documentation and maintenance records.\n7. Data Analysis & Reporting\nGenerate yield, defect, and machine performance reports.\nAnalyze KPI trends such as: First Pass Yield (FPY)\nDefect Per Million (DPM)\nFalse Call Rate\nEscape Rate\nMachine Utilization\n\nPresent findings and improvement actions to management.\n8.
