This role ensures project deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources are effectively managed while maintaining compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and reporting requirements. The PMO Sr. Engineer acts as a key liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management to drive successful project outcomes.\nWhat you will do:\nProject Planning & Coordination\nAssist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.\nCoordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.\nMonitor project milestones and deliverables against approved plans.\nFacilitate project meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-ups.\nProject Monitoring & Reporting\nTrack project performance, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nPrepare and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and management presentations.\nConsolidate portfolio-level reports for leadership review.\nIdentify schedule delays and recommend corrective actions.\nRisk & Issue Management\nMaintain project risk registers and issue logs.\nSupport risk assessments and mitigation planning.\nEscalate critical issues and project risks to management as required.\nMonitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nGovernance & Compliance\nEnsure projects adhere to PMO methodologies, processes, and standards.\nSupport project stage-gate reviews and governance meetings.\nMaintain project documentation, records, and audit readiness.\nDrive consistency in project execution and reporting practices.\nResource & Budget Management\nAssist in monitoring project budgets, costs, and expenditures.\nSupport resource planning and workload analysis.\nTrack project financial performance and variance against budget.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.\nSupport implementation of PMO best practices and lessons learned initiatives.\nParticipate in PMO maturity improvement programs.\nWhat you will need:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.\n5 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, PMO, or related roles.\nExperience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a manufacturing, engineering, construction, or technology environment is preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\nExperience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, Asana, or equivalent.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).\nAbility to analyze project data, schedules, and performance metrics.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.\nCritical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teams.\nWhy work for us:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunities for professional development and growth.\nA commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being.\nAn innovative and dynamic work environment\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
