In this role, you will act as the global technical authority defining the next generation of Signal Chain Products.\nYou will lead the development of innovative, cost-effective, and highly robust solutions targeting Automotive, Industrial, and High-Density Consumer/Enterprise markets, operating at the intersection of R&D, Marketing, and key Tier-1 customers. You will translate complex interface challenges into scalable, high-volume silicon solutions.\nWhat you will do\nDefine system architecture for voltage translators and signal chain interface products, ensuring robust performance across use cases and environments \nIdentify emerging market trends and translate them into new product opportunities and long-term roadmap directions \nTranslate customer requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications \nCollaborate with design, verification, and test teams on power, area, and cost trade-offs \nDrive system-level optimization, risk management, and technical decision-making \nEvaluate prototype silicon to ensure performance compliance with system requirements \nDevelop technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, and user guides \nProvide system-level customer support, including schematic review, layout guidance, and debugging support \nAct as the primary technical interface for key customers and field teams \nLead technical reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery of results \nPartner with foundries and NPI teams to select optimal process technologies, balancing performance and cost\nWhat you will need\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field \n10-15 years of experience in system-level semiconductor design, ideally in analog/mixed-signal or interface products \nStrong ability to translate customer and market needs into robust, manufacturable technical solutions \nDeep understanding of system-level trade-offs, including performance, cost, power, and implementation constraints \nExperience working in global, cross-functional environments as a technical interface between engineering, marketing, and customers \nHands-on experience with silicon bring-up, validation, characterization, and lab-based system debugging \nStrong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical decisions in complex environments \nExperience providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, or guiding technical direction in project settings \nPreferred:\nExperience in Automotive, Industrial, or High-Volume Consumer Electronics applications \nKnowledge of high-speed board design, signal integrity, and transmission line behavior \nFamiliarity with simulation and analysis tools such as ADS, SPICE, or equivalent \nUnderstanding of communication interfaces such as I2C, I3C, SPI, etc.\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
