As part of procurement transformation office, the position enables data-driven decision making and systems digitalization.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and implement the Procurement data governance and data model framework and standardized reporting templates.\nDefine procurement data standards, policies, procedures, controls and RACI framework.\nEstablish and maintain data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models within Procurement.\nDefine and manage Procurement data RACI across all procurement master and transactional data points and define data lifecycle and single point of truth.\nDrive data quality improvement initiatives and master data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, harmonization and consistency across systems.\nAct as owner for Procurement systems and digital solutions and identify opportunities for system improvements.\nEvaluate implementation of new systems in the context of procurement system architecture and data integration.\nEvaluate system enhancement requests and define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing approaches.\nEnsure procurement processes are effectively translated into system configuration and workflows.\nConduct User Acceptance Testing for new system implementations and enhancements and develop and conduct end-user training.\nWhat you will need:\nBachelor's degree in IT, business administration, management, supply chain or related subject\n5- 8 years of relevant work experience in an international environment\nStrong understanding of procurement processes and procurement system architecture\nProject management experience is beneficial, nice to have project management certification\nAbility to translate process requirements into system configurations and data concepts\nExperience in implementing data governance frameworks and data management concepts\nStrong analytic and problem-solving skills and ability to translate strategies into structured milestones\nSolution oriented and confidence to challenge the status quo and drive improvements \nStrong communication and change management skills also on to management-level \nWhy work for us:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nOpportunities for professional development and growth\nA commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being\nAn innovative and dynamic work environment\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
