The (Sr.) Customer Supply Representative will play a critical role in the business process working cooperatively with both internal and external clients ensuring NEXPERIA delivers on its commitment to exceptional customer service and sales support.\nBy working collaboratively and cross regionally, the (Sr.) Customer Supply Representative will create transparency into the various stages of the sales process with a goal of meeting and exceeding revenue expectations and maximizing every opportunity to have a deeper engagement with target customers.\nThe successful candidate will be an integral member of the Team NEXPERIA in Taiwan and ensure we build upon NEXPERIA’s leadership position as a global powerhouse in Discretes, Logic and Power MOSFET technology.\nWhat you will do\nIn this exciting position, your responsibilities include amongst others:\nDevelop and maintain a professional and positive relationship with key customer contacts and counterparts in Account teams, Business Lines and Support Teams at all times\nProcess customer orders in SAP and ensure compliance with terms and conditions\nExecute with excellence in the area of order-book and customer programs (inventories, replenishment and billings) and proactively resolve issues to secure supply to customer and to achieve best-in-class delivery performance\nProvide customers with prompt, early and accurate information regarding status of orders, supply, issues, and complaints.\nGather, analyze and validate customer forecasts and apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting\nMonitor trends in demand variability and drive dialogue with key counter parts at customers, Account teams and Marketing. Reconcile variances to ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts, and to understand demand forecast drivers including phase-in, phase-outs and version changes.\nPursue the customer for increased order coverage where gaps exist compared to lead-time, forecast or contract data.\nAnalyze service performance from logistics data, NPS and customer feedbacks. Define and implement continuous improvement actions and make them visible to the Team.\nDrive regular customer logistics review meetings and provide regular service updates.\nWhat you will need\nSupply Chain Experience preferred\nOwnership and drive (self-starter, proactiveness)\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills (dealing with complexity), ability to prioritize / multitasking.\nStrong customer focus and assertive communicator / interaction/negotiation skills [diplomacy]/ strong team player\nAbility to cope with stress) / resilience - time management skills curiosity / openness / willingness to learn/ fluent English skills, advanced Excel knowledge [Pivot tables, data analysis skills]\nSAP knowledge is a plus\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
