You will drive technical engagement and support strategic Automotive and Industrial accounts, contributing directly to business growth across Nexperia’s complete portfolio, including Wide Bandgap, Analog, and Power Solutions.\nWhat you will do\nAccountable to drive design wins in target accounts\nDrive customer visits and trainings for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition deployment\nLeads proof of concept, solution design and demonstrations to secure the win\nSynthesizes customer and competitive insights to improve product definition and roadmaps\nRuns project management of Nexperia design-in campaigns for assigned customers to ensure early involvement in the customer’s technology roadmap and continuous and timely flow of information to all necessary parties within the Business Groups and customers\nQualifies sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements and establishes Nexperia's value proposition / position relative to the competition\nQualifies the value of Nexperia's products (strengths versus competitive products) and quantifies the technical benefits derived from choosing Nexperia\nDelivers ongoing formal and informal knowledge sharing and product positioning that helps assigned accounts understand the operational, financial, and business impact of Nexperia solutions within their practice areas\nAnalyses customer's technical objectives enabling the sales team to be more predictive, effective and responsive to customer needs\nAssists in educating regional sales team on new technologies, new product features and their related business value\nWhat you will need\nUniversity degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Electronic Engineering or similar\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in design engineering and application engineering\nPreferably related work experience at a customer within the Automotive and/or Industrial segments\nMust have strong communication and presentation skills to drive communication with relevant stakeholders\nExcellent communication skills in German and English\nTarget driven, shows initiative and have an entrepreneurial attitude\nWillingness to travel frequently\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
