Your portfolio spans enterprise platform implementations such as CRM and PLM, business transformation programs made up of multiple smaller initiatives and manufacturing transformation projects.\nThis is not a traditional IT project management role focused only on scope, time, and budget. You work at the intersection of business processes, technology, data, people, and change. You bring together business sponsors, process owners, key users, architects, internal delivery teams, and external implementation partners into one aligned team, and keep them focused on the outcomes the business needs.\nYou combine strong delivery discipline with business acumen and leadership presence. You are equally comfortable steering a program board, negotiating with a system integrator, and working through cutover planning with a factory team. Your success is measured not by go-live alone, but by solutions that are adopted, processes that work better, and business value that is realized and sustained.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digitalization projects and programs, from business case through deployment, hypercare, and handover to operations\nStructure transformation programs by bundling smaller initiatives into a coherent roadmap with clear dependencies, milestones, and value targets\nSet up and run project governance, including steering committees, stage gates, and risk and issue management, choosing the right delivery approach (waterfall, agile, or hybrid)\nManage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, with transparent reporting to senior leadership, and track benefits realization with business sponsors\nLead cross-functional teams of business, IT, OT, and partner resources, and manage system integrators and vendors, including contracts and commercial discussions\nPartner with process owners to harmonize processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and quality standards\nFor manufacturing projects, plan site deployments and cutovers that safeguard production continuity together with plant and OT teams\nDrive organizational change management, training, and user adoption, and mentor project managers across the Digital organization\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline\n7+ years of project or program management experience, leading large, complex digitalization or IT/OT projects end to end\nHands-on experience delivering a major platform implementation such as Supply Chain Planning, CRM, PLM, ERP, or MES, and/or multi-initiative transformation programs\nManufacturing and MES experience is a strong advantage; semiconductor or high-tech experience is highly valued\nSolid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile); PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus\nStrong financial, vendor, and change management skills\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders in a matrix, multicultural environment\nFluent English required; German is a plus; additional languages are a benefit; willingness to travel to Nexperia sites\nWhat Success Looks Like\nProjects are delivered on agreed scope, time, and budget, with early and transparent communication of deviations\nBusiness cases are realized and benefits are sustained after go-live\nNew platforms and processes are adopted and embedded in daily operations\nManufacturing deployments go live without disruption to production\nSponsors and stakeholders trust the project and actively engage in decision-making\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
