You will work closely with the Regional Procurement Manager and support the execution and implementation of Global Indirect Procurement projects and initiatives, ensuring that local requirements and stakeholder needs are considered.\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in indirect procurement within an international semiconductor manufacturing environment, while working with stakeholders across different functions and locations.\nWhat you will do\nSupport the procurement of goods and services, including interacting with stakeholders, issuing RFQs and supporting the supplier nomination process.\nAnalyse and interpret procurement and spend data to support global negotiations, identify opportunities for performance improvement and help mitigate supply risks.\nCommunicate proactively with internal stakeholders to help resolve issues, provide updates and maintain effective reporting.\nLead and support projects related to contract data management, contract storage and the review of upcoming contract renewals or replacements.\nPrepare and track spend, savings and project reports in line with Global Procurement reporting standards.\nSupport project planning and execution using fundamental project management techniques.\nAdminister contracts, amendments and other relevant documentation within the contract storage database.\nHelp identify upcoming contract requirements and future procurement workload.\nWhat you will bring\nCurrently pursuing or completing an HBO or WO degree in Business, Economics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field.\nA specialization in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is considered an advantage.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an interest in data analysis and reporting.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.\nA reliable, proactive and independent approach to your work.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
