recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Lead Geologist\n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will\n\nOwn the field's geological model — the structural and stratigraphic framework from 3D seismic, petrophysical evaluation, and the volumetric and uncertainty basis behind reserves\n\nOwn the well prognosis and the geological content of the drilling and data acquisition programmes, and supervise wellsite geology through the well campaign\n\nComplete the well-to-seismic tie and re-map the field on the calibrated interpretation, revising volumetrics and fluid contacts\n\nLead the geological basis for the post-first-oil Field Development Plan — how reservoir geometry, connectivity and compartmentalisation bear on well placement, facility siting and phasing\n\nMature the model through producing life: appraisal, development and infill wells, reservoir management input, and opportunities to improve recovery and extend field life\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nDegree in Geology or Geoscience\n\n8+ years in subsurface geology, spanning well operations and development geoscience\n\n3D seismic interpretation, well-to-seismic tie, velocity modelling and depth conversion\n\nStatic modelling, petrophysical evaluation, and volumetric estimation with uncertainty ranges\n\nWell operations experience — geological prognosis and drilling programme, wellsite geology supervision, and real-time tops and casing point calls\n\nOn-site in Lagos with rig-site and offshore visits during well operations.\n\nResumption within 4–6 weeks of
