(More or less depending on market size.)\nSuperior on-air presence.\nExcellent news judgment with an expansive knowledge of local and national current events, history, newsmakers and issues.\nExperience guiding, directing and motivating others.\nAbility to identify the developmental needs of others and to coach, mentor or otherwise help others to improve their knowledge or skills.\nProficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.\nAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nAbility to effectively listen to fully understand problems and communicate with a team to shape a solution.\nValid driver’s license with a good driving record.\nFlexibility to work any shift. \nSCAM ALERT:\nPlease be aware candidates may be at risk of being targeted by scammers seeking personal data or money.
