Nextchallenge.\nResponsibilities\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.\nCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions tailored to accounting roles.\nDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier accounting professionals.\nUtilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.\nConduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit within Nextchallenge.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams, and facilitate the offer process.\nMaintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports to track key hiring metrics and improve processes.\nRequirements\nProven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the accounting or finance industry.\nStrong knowledge of accounting roles, certifications, and industry standards.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.\nStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is
