Working alongside wider Tech teams on key infrastructure projects, you will ensure our colleagues have the reliable tools they need every day, with full support to build your technical skills through structured training platforms like LinkedIn Learning and Thrive, mentoring, and hands-on guidance.\nWhat You'll Take On\nDeliver efficient and reliable technical support across all end-user equipment, ensuring service levels and response times are consistently met.\nFollow established deployment processes to build, configure, and deploy new hardware to colleagues.\nManage the full hardware lifecycle across end-user equipment - including PCs, Thin Clients, scanners, industrial printers, mobile devices (iOS/tablets), and warehouse Handheld Terminals (HHTs) - handling on-site and remote software configuration, deployment, and secure end-of-life deprovisioning.\nSupport IT project work across warehouse and satellite locations, collaborating with internal teams to deliver new technologies seamlessly.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues using logical problem-solving, taking ownership of tickets through our ITSM tooling.\nIdentify, categorise, and escalate Major Incidents and P1 issues through the correct technical channels in a timely manner.\nWhat You'll Bring\nProven experience supporting desktop operating systems -
