Contribute to greenfield applications, enhance microservices and refactor existing systems to modern standards. \nCloud Integration: Build and maintain scalable APIs, microservices and ETL data pipelines utilising Azure services. \n Delivery Standards: Apply Agile and Technical Delivery Life Cycle (TDLC) practices daily, embedding testing, security, compliance and clear acceptance criteria into all deliverables. \nSprint Planning: Collaborate with your squad to estimate effort at the component level, supporting clear sprint planning and delivery schedules.\nResilience & Testing: Write comprehensive unit test plans at the story level to ensure solutions are thoroughly verified and ready for production.\nProduct Collaboration: Partner directly with Product Owners to clarify business needs, identify reusable components and build cost-effective solutions. \nOperational Support: Support change management governance and participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota, helping manage and resolve incidents smoothly.\nCommunity & Learning: Share insights across squads, adopt emerging technical practices and contribute to an inclusive engineering community. \nWhat You’ll Bring:\nCore Programming: Practical experience developing applications in C# and the .NET framework.\nCloud & Data Pipelines: Working knowledge of Azure components, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus and Azure Blob Storage. \nArchitecture & APIs: Sound understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture and software design patterns. \nDatabase Design: Solid practical knowledge of relational databases, particularly MS-SQL, including schema design and querying.\nFront-End Development: Experience with or an interest in front-end development, especially the Blazor framework.\n DevOps Awareness: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and release management. \nAgile Ways of Working: Experience participating in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and contributing constructively in team settings. \n Pragmatic Problem Solving: Clear communication skills, the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and a thoughtful approach to resolving complex issues.\nDiscover how you can shape the future of our Finance Technology and build a career with space to grow -
