This role participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support. The Consultant is responsible for gathering requirements, configuring the solution, managing expectations, identifying risks, and communicating effectively with the Project Manager and client stakeholders. The role may also provide Organizational Readiness consulting and guidance to Associate Consultants. We are very open to candidates who have implementation experience in a different HRIS system and are excited and ready to be cross-trained and certified in DayForce. This role can be fully remote, or hybrid in Dallas, Texas.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and manage project plans to ensure timely, on-budget delivery\n\nLead client discovery sessions, document business requirements, and map them to DayForce functionality\n\nConfigure Ceridian DayForce modules to meet client needs\n\nFacilitate solution design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, training, and deployment activities\n\nConduct consulting sessions (phone, video, or in person) and prepare meeting documentation\n\nAttend internal project meetings and provide updates on tasks, deliverables, and risks\n\nAdvise clients on DayForce best practices to maximize ROI\n\nCollaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure successful implementation\n\nMaintain accuracy and integrity of employee data\n\nPerform data audits and recommend corrective actions\n\nProvide post-deployment consulting assistance in assigned functional areas\n\nDevelop SQL scripts and XML transformations for integrations and interfaces\n\nServe as a subject-matter expert for assigned functional areas\n\nSupport Organizational Readiness activities to prepare clients for solution rollout\n\nReview client policies periodically and recommend improvements based on industry best practices\n\nJob Requirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field\n\n3–5 years of software implementation experience\n\nExperience with SaaS/Cloud solutions, ideally HRIS/HCM platforms\n\nExperience with one or more of the following systems: Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, Ceridian DayForce (preferred)\n\nAbility to configure and deploy end‑to‑end HRIS modules\n\nStrong understanding of HCM processes and workflows\n\nExperience in business process mapping;
