You will be responsible for technical design and coding for mission-critical data flows, ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor) and underlying data structures, and is passionate about building robust, high-performance integration solutions. This is a remote role with occasional client site visits.\nJob Responsibilities\nIntegration Development: Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits, finance, compliance).\n\nData Model Expertise: Query and optimize Oracle HCM tables and metadata; ensure referential integrity across HR, benefits, and time data.\n\nCoding Excellence: Develop high-quality code using PL/SQL, SQL, and scripting languages (Python, Java) for transformations, validations, and automation.\n\nOracle Tools: Build interfaces using HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) or similar middleware.\n\nAPI & Connectivity: Implement REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP/file-based transfers, and secure integration patterns (OAuth, certificates).\n\nPerformance Tuning: Optimize queries and batch processes for large-scale HCM data operations.\n\nCompliance & Security: Enforce data privacy (PII), SOX controls, and audit readiness.\n\nMonitoring & Support: Instrument integrations with logging and alerts; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.\n\nDocumentation: Create technical specs, mappings, and runbooks; maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams;
