We help organizations process payroll accurately, maintain compliance, and continuously improve their payroll operations.\n\nJob Summary\nThis role will be responsible for processing payrolls for multiple clients utilizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on payroll processing experience within SAP ECP environments, strong attention to detail, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles simultaneously.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nProcess payroll for multiple clients using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)\n\nExecute payroll cycles including regular, off-cycle, bonus, and adjustment payrolls\n\nUtilize Payroll Control Center (PCC) to monitor payroll execution, analyze exceptions, and resolve payroll issues\n\nValidate payroll results and perform payroll reconciliation activities\n\nReview and resolve payroll exceptions, errors, retroactive calculations, and employee inquiries\n\nProcess employee data changes including hires, terminations, compensation updates, garnishments, tax changes, and direct deposit modifications\n\nCoordinate payroll calendars and ensure timely payroll delivery for assigned clients\n\nSupport year-end payroll activities including W-2 processing and payroll audits\n\nMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations\n\nWork closely with HR Path payroll consultants, payroll managers, and client stakeholders\n\nDocument payroll processes and support continuous improvement initiatives\n\nAssist with testing and validation of payroll configuration changes and system updates\n\nJob Qualifications\n\n3+ years of payroll processing experience\n\n2+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience\n\nExperience using SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC)\n\nExperience processing payroll for medium to large employee populations\n\nStrong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll taxes, garnishments, and employee deductions\n\nAbility to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and perform root cause analysis\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and payroll schedules simultaneously\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting payroll operations in a managed services, outsourcing, or consulting
