The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with business stakeholders, HR, payroll, and project teams to deliver effective payroll and workforce time management solutions.\n\nCandidates with consulting experience and strong SuccessFactors Payroll and Time Tracking expertise are highly preferred. This is a fully remote role. \n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nGather and document business requirements related to payroll, time management, attendance, and absence tracking.\n\nConfigure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time Tracking solutions.\n\nConfigure work schedules, holiday calendars, time recording profiles, time valuations, and absence types.\n\nSupport payroll processing requirements including wage types, payroll calculations, retroactivity, and payroll validation.\n\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll and time tracking configuration issues.\n\nPerform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\n\nSupport data validation, payroll reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.\n\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\n\nAssist with integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party payroll, timekeeping, or ERP systems.\n\nCreate functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts.\n\nProvide production support and resolve user-reported issues.\n\nRecommend process improvements and SuccessFactors best practices.\n\nSupport system upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies and payroll-related regulatory requirements.\n\nJob Qualifications\n\n5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.\n\nHands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or Time Tracking.\n\nExperience configuring payroll and time management solutions within SuccessFactors.\n\nUnderstanding of payroll, timekeeping, attendance, absence management, and workforce management processes.\n\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.\n\nExperience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and project deliverables.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.\n\nSAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking certification.\n\nSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.\n\nExperience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or other integration tools.\n\nExperience working in a consulting environment.\n\nExperience supporting global payroll or multi-country implementations.\n\nKnowledge of Employee Central, Time
