Occasional travel to client sites may be required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nConfigure and implement WorkForce Software modules based on detailed functional specifications.\n\nCollaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nBuild and maintain configuration components including pay rules, schedules, attendance policies, and workflow automation.\n\nPerform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and compliance with business needs.\n\nProvide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.\n\nDocument configuration processes and contribute to knowledge base development.\n\nParticipate in client workshops and provide expert-level input on configuration best practices.\n\nStay current with WorkForce Software updates, features, and industry trends.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in WorkForce Software configuration and technical implementation.\n\nProven ability to interpret functional requirements and deliver accurate, scalable configurations.\n\nStrong understanding of workforce management concepts including timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance.\n\nExperience with XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies used in WorkForce Software.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with WorkForce Software integrations and reporting tools.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile project methodologies.\n\nWorkForce Software certification(s) or equivalent training.\n\nPrior consulting experience with enterprise clients.\n\nJob Benefits:\nCompetitive FTE salary range based on experience, education, and geographical location of $100,000 - $130,000 USD base.
