This is a role for someone who loves the numbers as much as the aesthetic and understands that a well-balanced range is the secret to a happy customer.\nWorking Pattern: This is a full time role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role.\nOur Location\nMarket Harborough in Leicestershire, is where Joules began in 1989. This market town is home to the brand’s Head Office and is full of independent shops, bars and restaurants. It also benefits from good transport links to London, making it easily accessible for visitors and commuters alike.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou will support the Merchandising team to land the stock strategy, in line with the planning of the Business/Trading teams.\nSupporting in analysing previous sales history, reviewing size rations and identifying best & worst sellers.\nGain a commercial understanding of product ranges and assess stores & competitors.\nProvide administrative support surrounding trading meetings such as best and worst seller identification and sample gathering.\nProvide administrative support for the management of continuity stock\nStart to negotiate handover dates with a Supplier and highlight issues to the Merchandiser.\nUpdate delivery schedules and systems to reflect the latest delivery position.\nEnsures all department Purchase Orders are created accurately and in line with the Critical Path.\nPrepares trackers for Progress Meetings to ensure problems are dealt with promptly and effectively.\nUpdate systems with guidance: loads grading, sizing, lead times, product information etc.\nCollate and prepare information for supplier visits and meetings.\nWe aren’t just growing; we’re evolving at pace.
