The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and this is an onsite role.\nOur Location\nMarket Harborough in Leicestershire, is where Joules began in 1989. This market town is home to the brand’s Head Office and is full of independent shops, bars and restaurants. It also benefits from good transport links to London, making it easily accessible for visitors and commuters alike.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWork within the Creative Services team reporting into the Image & Asset Manager. You will be accountable for:\nOversee the tracking of all photography samples across the business.\nAct as the primary point of contact for borrowing and sourcing photography samples.\nOversee the collation, tracking, and auditing of samples ordered.\nProvide assistance to studio teams during shoot days, organising and locating samples. You may also be required to help with ad hoc logistical needs.\nOwn the packing, preparation, and international documentation (Carnets) for location campaign shoots.\nPartner closely with Managers on ad hoc operational projects and provide daily workflow support to the wider studio team.\nDigital asset management of final imagery for internal and third party platforms.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nTo really shine within the role of Production Coordinator you must be able to work flexibly, work at pace and from a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you have:\nStudio experience would be preferred but is not essential.\nExcellent team player.\nForward thinking, innovative & proactive in approach of all projects.\nEnthusiastic with strong motivational skills.\nFlexible attitude and willingness to work outside of set hours on occasion.\nTime Management and excellent punctuality.\nKnowledge of and passion for the Joules Brand.\nHave experience in a similar role or environment with a genuine interest in creative photography.\nBe able to contribute and work effectively within a team environment.\nBe able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change.\nHave a friendly, helpful and professional manner at all times.\nHave excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior management.\nHave excellent attention to detail.\nHave excellent organisational skills.\nYour Application\nDue to the high volume of applications received for our roles, please note that applications not accompanied by a relevant cover letter are unlikely to be progressed.
