Architecture, API Design.\nZespół: Raportowanie bezpośrednio do Head of Engineering.\nModel współpracy: Praca hybrydowa (Warszawa).\nWynagrodzenie: 230 - 265 PLN net + VAT/h.\nZakres obowiązków:\nProjektowanie i wdrażanie architektury AI dla całego ekosystemu produktu oraz narzędzi wewnętrznych.\n\nTworzenie produkcyjnych rozwiązań opartych na LLM i RAG, w tym inteligentnych asystentów (copilots) oraz systemów automatyzacji.\n\nOpracowanie strategii doboru modeli, orkiestracji oraz pipeline'ów danych (zarówno ustrukturyzowanych, jak i nieustrukturyzowanych).\n\nDbanie o jakość, monitorowanie i ewaluację wdrażanych systemów AI, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem bezpieczeństwa i wyjaśnialności wyników.\n\nBliska współpraca z zespołami produktowymi i inżynierskimi w celu budowania natywnych doświadczeń AI.\n\nMentoring techniczny i podnoszenie standardów inżynierii AI w organizacji.\n\nOczekujemy:\nWieloletniego doświadczenia na stanowisku Senior/Principal AI Engineer lub ML Engineer.\n\nPraktycznej znajomości nowoczesnego stosu AI: LLMs, bazy wektorowe, embeddings, techniki RAG.\n\nUdowodnionego sukcesu we wdrażaniu funkcji AI na środowiska produkcyjne (nie tylko PoC).\n\nSolidnych fundamentów inżynierii oprogramowania (systemy rozproszone, projektowanie API, inżynieria danych).\n\nUmiejętności myślenia systemowego i rozwiązywania złożonych problemów w środowisku o dużej niejednoznaczności.\n\nŚwietnych umiejętności komunikacyjnych, pozwalających na efektywną współpracę zarówno z zespołami technicznymi, jak i biznesem.\n\nZnajomości języka
