You will be responsible for providing all senior stakeholders with regular and ad hoc reports, analysing service performance, producing reports, and providing insights that help improve operations across the business.\nWhat you will take on:\nCreate reports for all service related metrics across NDL, & hold weekly conversations with relevant stakeholders.\nPicking up any ad hoc queries relating to service, ensuring solutions are found.\nReviewing and reporting on team member error rates. \nCompiling the weekly service pack, consisting of service levels across all departments & highlighting improvement opportunities. \nAutomating tasks through formulas, queries or scripts wherever possible to reduce repetitive manual tasks\nProviding senior stakeholders from all departments with data and analytical insights that help make key decisions across the business.\nAbility to engage with stakeholders, and build strong working relationships\nSound knowledge of all management policies for warehouse operatives\nStrengthening the analysis and reporting of current service data to support decision making around service initiatives.\nCreate Service Snapshot dashboard report for each team on site. \nSupport managers with ad hoc data requirements.\nWhat you will bring:\nAbility to plan and prioritise own workload, working to tight timescales\nAbility to work independently or as part of a team\nGood personal time management skills and awareness of how to use time efficiently to meet deadlines\nAbility to critically analyse data and provide recommendations to support the senior management team.\nTechnical skills and expertise working with datasets across different sources and formats\nSubject matter expert\nStays up to date with all the latest data science technologies\nExperience with databases and data analysis\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets equivalent\nPrevious Business Intelligence and data analysis experience.\nStrong data visualisation skills - ability to simplify complex information and present trends and key performance indicators for decision makers.\nA great work ethic, namely;
