Job Summary

Design and deliver tailored CCTV and electronic security solutions for SEA clients. Manage sales processes, client relationships, and project coordination to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design customized CCTV solutions tailored to industry-specific requirements across Southeast Asia markets
• Propose Cameras, NVRs, Storage systems, and network architecture based on customer needs
• Prepare detailed system architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM), and solution proposals to support sales and implementation
• Execute sales processes including responding to customer queries, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts to close deals
• Expand new client base through targeted outreach and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management to track progress and inform strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and provide technical support before and after sales to resolve issues promptly
• Conduct customer visits, follow up on enquiries, and deliver after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems
• Proficient knowledge of electronic security system technologies, including hardware, software, and integration capabilities
• Strong expertise in CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, storage solutions, and networking
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and design comprehensive security solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure contracts and meet sales objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of AI video analytics and edge computing technologies
