Our culture is built on collaboration and innovation, we are passionate about what we do, and we are committed to our mission to be the leading customer-centric data centre services company.\n s our Customer Service Agent you will provide professional and efficient first points of contact for our customers and visitors within our facilities.\nBeing a member of our Customer Service team, you’ll ensure a great experience in all contacts, both reactive and proactive, to achieve the best service outcomes for customers. In addition to this you’ll act as concierge for your facility; this entails coordinating the logistics and accurate documentation of deliveries.\nWorking schedule: Monday- Friday: 7am to 3pm\nTo be successful in this role you’ll have:\nCustomer Focus\nGreet all visitors to facility in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.\nWork with internal teams around the country to deliver a seamless customer experience.\nProvide accurate advice and guidance on customer service requests and incidents.\nConcierge\nTake telephone calls to facility from both internal and external customers.\nAssist with coordination of customer and company events and activities at facility.\nConduct site inductions with visitors, in coordination with Facilities team, and scan induction paperwork.\nConduct audits of critical facility stock and replenish levels as required on:\nSupport\nProvide prompt and friendly communication to customers in person, via telephone, email, and ticketing system.\nAction internal and external customer requests via all the internal request systems; email, via phone or face to face. \nProvide first level resolution where possible or escalate requests and incident to the appropriate resolver group\n Your proven commercial experience will see you bringing:\nExcellent customer service skills, both over-the-phone and face-to-face\nHighly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal\nWell presented with a professional and efficient manner\nStrong time management skills with the ability to multitask\nAbility to work independently; be proactive, organised, and diligent\nWell-developed computer skills including MS Office Suite skills\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy, methodical, and task oriented\nMust be an Australian Citizen for Security Clearances and eligible for NV1 clearance\nWhat you bring:\nMinimum of two years customer service experience preferred\nPrevious experience working within a service desk, call centre, or concierge environment (desirable)\nPrevious experience using ticketing/service management systems (desirable)\nThis opportunity will see you working with world leaders in our space.
