The position may also support additionalshared service categories based on business needs.\nThis role supports shared services / Indirect contracting whichmay include Software Agreements, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) master service agreements, professional services agreements, purchase orders, statements of work, statements of services, and other commercial contracts. This opportunity provides exposure to end-to-end procurement while promoting cost effectiveness and compliance with company policies and procedures.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport sourcing activities, including identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers across relevant spendareas.\n\nPrepare and process purchase orders, statements of work, and statements of services accurately and on time.\n\nConduct market research to identifypotential suppliers, benchmark pricing, and monitorrelevant industry trends.\n\nPartner with internal stakeholders to clarify business requirements and coordinate procurement activities across functions.\n\nSupport proposal evaluations and commercial analyses to identifycost-savings and cost-avoidance opportunities.\n\nHelp resolve supplier-related issues involving quality, delivery schedules, and invoice discrepancies.\n\nSupport spendanalysis, budget tracking, and supplier performance monitoring.\n\nAssistwith contract review, contract maintenance, and compliance monitoring.\n\nMaintain procurementdocumentation in accordance withcompany standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.\n\nContribute to process-improvement initiatives, administrative activities, and special projects asassigned.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a relatedfield.\n\nThree to five years of experience in category management, procurement, sourcing, or a closely related discipline.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.\n\nStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong project-managementand organizational skills.\n\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience supporting the Digital category (i.e.; software and licensing, professional/ managedservices, enterprise platforms, value added resellers, Artificial Intelligence applications, networking)\n\nExperience supporting Shared Services / Indirect category initiatives\n\nWorking knowledge of supply chain and contract-management systems, including Sirionand SAP.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and experience creating dashboards in Power BI.\n\nWork Environment& Physical Expectations\nThis position operatesprimarily in a professional office environment, with occasional work within or outside a complex construction environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and related equipment.\nThis is primarily a sedentary role.
