The primary purpose will be to work collaboratively with multiple departmental stakeholders to ensure strategies, procedures, and assurance processes are established to address compliance requirements. The Senior Regulatory Coordinator must understand the federal regulatory requirements for an LNG facility, specifically the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nTheSenior Regulatory Coordinator is charged with performing a wide array of tasks related to regulatory compliance and management. Examples include, but are not limited to:\nSupport FERC National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process for jurisdictional projects, including FERC filings, resource reports, and other NEPA documentation.\nServe as the Subject Matter Expert for FERC-regulated projects.\nAssist in regulatory inspections related to compliance during construction activities.\nCommunicate and prepare reports for submittal internally, externally, to governmental agencies and customers.\nDemonstrate ability to coordinate and work with multiple disciplines and contractors throughout all phases of a project.\nDevelop and prepare compliance documentation submittals to regulatory agencies.\nAnalyze data (including engineering deliverables) and prepare management reports on regulatory compliance records.\nSupport development of implementation plan packages and data request responses.\nCollaborate with multi-discipline departments to identify regulatory requirements during project design and communicate schedule requirements.\nCoordinate with third party vendors to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reports.\nMonitor, track, and audit to ensure regulatory compliance with permit conditions and all federal, state, and local regulations.\nREQUIREMENTS\n5+ years of related experience.\nExperience with FERC-regulated projects.\nPreferred experience with Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration and the U.S. Coast Guard regulation compliance.\nBasic knowledge of federal/state regulatory agency compliance submittals and ability to resolve possible errors returned regarding specific data.\nMust have strong written, verbal skills, and interpersonal skills.\nExceptional leadership, attention to detail, organizational skills, and administrative abilities.\nAbility to work independently with minimal oversight.\nExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\nWork Environment\nApproximately 15% of travel will be required.\nMust be able to wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment to perform job functions.\nOperate in a complex construction environment.\nExposure to indoor and outdoor weather conditions.\nNot necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes.
