Staff Full Stack Engineer

Requirements:

• Experienced Backend Engineer: You have 4+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.
• Framework Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with modern backend web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar.
• Languages: Next.js, Python, Javascript.
• Cloud and DevOps Native: Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.
• Systems Designer: You have proven experience designing large-scale software systems and writing high-quality, production-grade code and tests. This includes handling error cases, asynchronous code, streaming data, caching, and robust logging/analytics.
• Vibe Coder: Experience with vibe/peer coding platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, etc.
• Proven Leader: Experience leading teams and/or technically complex projects in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent Communicator: You possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred:

• LLM and AI Proficiency: A strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows. Hands-on experience with tools like Langchain/LangGraph is highly valuable.
