Remote super-user training, go-live supportand post-go-live optimization. This includes remote training calls, super user training, go-live support, and post go-liveoptimization.Responsibilities include issue investigation, creative problem solving, and training clients as working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:\nClient Training:\nConduct client training in preparation for Go-Live events, following Nextech CRM’s standard implementation methodology. \nComplete practice assessments and workflow analysis guided by industry best practices. \nInstruct clinical and non-clinical staff on the proper use of software applications. \nTrain staff in individual and group settings, employing diverse teaching strategies to maximize effectiveness. \nComplete administrative tasks to update customers, Project Managers and Department Managers on implementation progress. \nPerform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs. \nIssue Resolution and Optimization: \nInvestigate and resolve client issues during implementation and go-live. \nIdentify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization post-go-live. \nCollaboration:\nPartner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with client needs. \nCommunicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction. \nAdditional duties as required. \nMinimum Requirements\n3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically CRM software implementation \n1 year of GoHighLevel (GHL) software experience \nAbility to cultivate strong relationships & influence behavior \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nExcellent time management and organization skills \nProven ability to solve problems creatively \nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of or applicable experience in one of Nextech’s main medical specialties \nKnowledge of workflow of a Medical Clinic \nUnderstanding of HIPAA and PHI \nTechnical Background in CRM or GHL \nBachelor’s degree in related
