Because at NextEnergy, we’re not working around the energy transition, we’re working right in the middle of it.\nWhat will you do?\nAs a CRM Intern, you’ll work closely with marketing, customer operations and product teams. You’ll support the setup, execution and improvement of customer-focused campaigns and communications.\nWith guidance, you’ll learn how to:\nCreate and send customer communications\n\nIncluding onboarding emails, product updates, surveys, contract-related communication and loyalty incentives.\nSupport CRM and email flows\n\nHelp build, test and optimize flows focused on retention, activation, upsell and churn prevention.\nCustomer segmentation & modelling\n\nThink along about how to segment customers (e.g. loyal users, battery customers) and tailor communication accordingly.\nSupport survey & feedback processes\n\nAssist in setting up, sending and analysing customer surveys to identify insights and opportunities.\nCampaign support\n\nContribute to campaigns for new products, upgrades or services, including follow-up and reporting.\nImprove operational marketing processes\n\nHelp make manual processes smarter, more consistent and scalable.\nIn short: a broad internship where marketing, CRM and customer experience come together.\nRequirements\nWhat do you bring?\nYou’re enrolled in a relevant HBO or university programme (e.g. marketing, communication, business, data)\n\nInterest in CRM, email marketing and customer retention\n\nYou work structured and enjoy working with processes and data\n\nYou write and communicate clearly in Dutch and English\n\nAvailable at least 3 days per week at our Utrecht office\n\nExperience with tools like HubSpot or Excel is a plus (not required)\n\nYou’re curious, proactive and not afraid to suggest improvements\n\nNot a perfect match on paper, but still excited?
