From single-use disposables to fully integrated systems to precision components, our teams work as an extension of yours to solve patient needs and improve lives worldwide.\nThe Medical Device Assembler III will be responsible for maintaining the overall manufacturing process in their assigned area as well as monitoring of product quality and output yields for their line; assists with ongoing training and development and accountability of all team members; setting an example for the line employees while creating high functioning teams.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCoordinates daily work direction for personnel. \nAssist the supervisor in supporting and developing action plans to achieve the departmental goals. \nCoach, train, motivate, and enhance the morale and self-esteem of personnel. \nEnsure that the personnel follow the appropriate procedures. Understand all operations support systems including traceability and documentation systems. \nProvide feedback for use in performance appraisals and periodic coaching of personnel. \nEnsure the training and training records are completed for new personnel.\nAct as liaison for support groups such as engineering, technicians, production control and management. \nWhen supervisor is absent, may temporarily act as supervisor. \nUnderstands, adheres to and promotes safety policies and practices. \nResponsible for quality and adheres to manufacturing process requirements and Quality Policy. Proactively identifies and communicates quality issues and concerns; actively pursues resolution of issues by utilizing all resources. \nResponsible for coordination and prioritization build schedules, and determines ability to meet the requirements. \nEstablishes relationships and acts as a liaison to proactively communicate between all cross-functional teams by utilizing effective written and verbal communication skills. \nCollaborates cross-functionally to plan, in advance, resources and supplies in order to meet business needs. \nProficient within job related computer programs \nDemonstrates, promotes and suggests ideas for Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement initiatives.
