The Data Manager / Analyst supports the Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) Program by managing, organizing, and analyzing program-related data to inform decisions and improve operational effectiveness. This role ensures data integrity, produces detailed reports and dashboards, and supports the development of performance metrics and data governance policies.\nDuties include but are not limited to:\nCollect, clean, and maintain datasets to support program reporting and analytics.\nAnalyze operational, financial, and performance data to support decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and streamline reporting processes.\nEnsure adherence to data quality, integrity, and security standards.\nAssist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and reporting.\nSupport audits, evaluations, and ad hoc data requests.\nRequired Education, Experience and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, information systems or a closely related\ndiscipline.\nSignificant information systems experience in lieu of degree.
