The role involves designing integrations between ERP, POS, CRM, and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow, real-time synchronization, scalability, and optimal system performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Retail, ERP, POS and enterprise system integration, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nResponsibilities: \nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions and architecture designs.\nDesign and implement solutions integrating Retail ERP, POS, CRM, and other enterprise applications.\nDefine and maintain technical architecture for retail systems, ensuring interoperability, scalability, flexibility, and data consistency.\nDesign and support enterprise integrations and data flows between multiple business systems.\nTroubleshoot technical challenges related to integration, data synchronization, security and system performance.\nPrepare and maintain solution architecture and integration documentation, including design specifications, data mapping, APIs and configuration details.\nWork closely with development, integration, QA and business teams throughout the solution lifecycle.\nCommunicate technical concepts and proposed solutions effectively to business stakeholders and technical teams.\nSupport implementation, testing, deployment and production activities.\n\nRequirements: \n7+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or a similar role.\nStrong experience in the Retail domain, preferably working with Retail ERP and related systems.\nStrong understanding of ERP and financial processes.\nExperience with POS, CRM, OMS, eCommerce or other Retail systems.\nExperience with Microsoft ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365 Dynamics AX/F and O, Dynamics NAV, or Business Central is preferred.\nStrong experience in enterprise system integration and solution design.\nHands-on understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience with messaging/event-driven technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar platforms.\nExperience with ETL/data integration, as well as enterprise integration platforms, is preferred.\nExperience with platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or Azure Integration Services is an advantage.\nStrong understanding of data mapping, data synchronization and integration architecture.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nCandidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred: Retail ERP, POS / Store Systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, SAP Retail / SAP ERP, OMS / Order Management, eCommerce / Omnichannel Retail, CRM integrations, Payment
