The successful candidate will be responsible for managing software development activities, driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. \nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, mentor, and develop a software engineering team. \nManage the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment. \nCollaborate with Product Management, QA, and global engineering teams to deliver product roadmap objectives. \nDrive architecture, technology selection, and engineering best practices. \nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. \nImprove engineering processes, productivity, and software quality standards. Identify and resolve technical, operational, and project risks. \nWork closely with global teams across different regions to support product development and releases.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. \nMinimum 8 years of software development experience with 3 years in engineering leadership or people management. \nStrong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development and software architecture. \nSolid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, software development methodologies, and Agile practices. Experience with enterprise applications and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. \nWorking experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, PLM, CRM, and SCM.\nFamiliar with Operating System, Compiler, or Runtime technology.\nUnderstanding of enterprise directory deployment scenarios (Active Directory, LDAP, or ADSI) and directory schema extensions is a plus but not required.
