To assist we offer the following:\nStarting base wages of $22.50/hr\nPaid Time Off\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Coverage\nTuition reimbursement\nDelivery uniforms\nDriver performance reward programs\n Delivery Driver Expectations:\nLoad vans and deliver up to 200+ packages a day by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually.\nScheduled for 4-5 days a week in 10-hour shifts\nMust be able to work weekends and holidays\nFollow strict safety standards on and off the road\nProvide a problem solve mindset while working primarily by yourself.\nHave a positive can-do attitude when encountering hurdles\nOperate an electronic device for GPS and daily records\nInteract with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner\n Delivery Driver Requirements:\nBe 21 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety\nHave a valid driver's license within the state of employment (CDL not required)\nConsent to pre-hire drug screening\nBe able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less.\nBe able to lift a maximum of 70 pounds throughout a 10-hour work shift\nSafely navigate difficult driving situations including inclement weather conditions\nDemonstrate strong communication skills\n We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
