This position is responsible for meeting sales quotas, maintaining accurate sales records, and contributing to customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account growth in alignment with Nextlink’s vision and values.5+ years of outside sales experience\nDoor-to-door sales experience preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nHigh level of personal integrity\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team and communicate positively at all levels\nProfessional and flexible approach\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record\nJob Responsibilities\nConduct daily door-to-door residential sales visits and/or calls\nGenerate new leads and opportunities through direct prospecting\nConduct in-home presentations explaining Nextlink’s products, services, and company values\nFollow up with residential prospects to generate additional revenue\nPrepare quotes and coordinate installation of products and services\nEnter and maintain leads, opportunities, contracts, emails, quotes, and pending installs in Billmax and PandaDoc\nMaintain accurate daily sales activity spreadsheets\nTrack job deployment and customer billing to ensure accuracy\nWork closely with Infrastructure and Dispatch to provide customers with installation and deployment timelines\nBuild and maintain sales reports tracking customer and job activity\nWork with the Vice President of Revenue Generation as needed\nPlan, prioritize, and organize daily responsibilities\nAttend training, conferences, and meetings as needed\nPerform other duties as assigned\nCompensation\nBase Salary: $35,000 annually\nMonthly Installed Sales Quota: $3,000\nCommission Cap: None\nBenefits & Company-Provided Equipment\nCompany vehicle for business-related travel\nCompany-provided cell phone\nCompany-provided tablet/iPad\nGas/fuel card for business-related travel\nHealth, dental, and vision benefits\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and company holidays\nWorking Conditions & Travel\nThis position requires significant travel, with initial travel estimated at approximately 80%.\nTravel requirements may increase as Nextlink expands into additional markets.\nRegular door-to-door prospecting and customer visits are required.\nA valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.\nAffirmative Action (AAP/EEO Statement):\nNextlink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
