This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and ensure new employees are successfully onboarded into the organization.This position serves as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process and plays a key role in strengthening Nextlink's employer brand, improving recruiting efficiency, and supporting organizational growth.Essential Functions:\nReasonable accommodations will be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nManage the full-cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions.\nPartner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities.\nCreate and maintain compelling job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.\nSource candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and proactive recruiting techniques.\nScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.\nCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.\nFacilitate candidate communications throughout the hiring process.\nExtend employment offers and negotiate within approved compensation guidelines.\nMaintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.\nCoordinate all pre-employment requirements.\nFacilitate background checks and pre-employment screenings.\nPrepare offer letters and new hire documentation.\nCoordinate new hire orientation.\nEnsure all required employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time.\nPartner with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, and department leaders to ensure employees are prepared for Day One.\nTrack onboarding completion and identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nSkills:\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.\nHigh attention to detail.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality.\nStrong customer service mindset.\nProficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.\nExperience with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.\nComfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to improve recruiting efficiency.\nEmployer Branding\nPromote Nextlink as an employer of choice.\nSupport recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.\nAssist with internship and college recruiting programs.\nDevelop recruiting content for social media and career platforms.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent\nPrevious experience in a role such as a Coordinator, Admin Assistant, Human Resources or similar.\nJob Classification:\nOnboarding\nNon-Exempt\nWork Environment/Hazards:\nWorking conditions primarily inside an office environment\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate\nOnsite role\nPhysical Demands:\nStationary position for 8-10 hours a day\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.\nVisual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment.\nWorking Hours/Days:\nFull time\n40 hours\nOccasional overtime as needed\n8am-5pm M-F\nTravel Requirements:\nAbility to travel between company locations and attend recruiting events as needed.\nAffirmative Action (AAP/EEO Statement):\nNextlink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
