scripting language (e.g., Shell, Python) with the ability to write automation scripts for daily operational tasks.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and pinpoint issues effectively using system logs and performance metrics.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools, capable of utilizing AI to assist in script writing, debugging, and developing simple IT operations systems.\n\nProficiency in spoken Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking technical teams and internal stakeholders.\n\nSkills\nAccount Management,
