environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyse, and document business requirements for process automation initiatives\nTranslate business needs into BPMN 2.0 process models\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation\nWork closely with developers and architects to ensure accurate implementation of workflows\nDefine business rules and decision logic using DMN where applicable\nFacilitate process discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthroughs\nSupport UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations\nMaintain documentation including:process maps\nuser stories\nfunctional specifications\n\nMonitor process performance and recommend improvements\nRequired Skills & Experience\nEssential\nProven experience as a Business Analyst in workflow or process automation projects\nStrong experience working with Camunda, ideally Camunda 8\nStrong knowledge of BPMN 2.0\nFamiliarity with DMN\nExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into clear process models and delivery-ready documentation\nPreferred / Desirable\nExperience with Camunda Modeler, Tasklist, Operate, and Optimize\nExperience with Camunda 7 and Camunda 8\nUnderstanding of event-driven or microservices-based architectures\nFamiliarity with API integrations and system interactions\nExperience with process mining / process optimisation\nDomain exposure
