from public testnet through mainnet.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the deployment and maintenance of distributed infrastructure powering Nexus's L1 blockchain and exchange.\n\nAssist in optimizing transaction pipelines for speed and reliability under senior guidance.\n\nContribute to building secure, production-grade systems that meet performance requirements.\n\nHelp maintain high-availability infrastructure across cloud and distributed environments.\n\nLearn and apply best practices for observability, reliability, and secure operations.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nReliable contribution to a stable mainnet with consistent uptime and availability.\n\nActive participation in improving exchange performance and latency.\n\nQuickly ramping up on internal tooling and workflows - first meaningful contribution within the first month.\n\nGrowing comfort with high-performance benchmarking and infrastructure tuning.\n\nPositive collaboration with the team and consistent delivery on assigned tasks.\n\nMust-Have\nExperience, with some exposure to infrastructure or distributed systems.\n\nWorking knowledge of Rust, Go, or another systems language.\n\nBasic understanding of distributed systems concepts (consensus, fault tolerance, latency).\n\nHands-on experience with Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.\n\nExposure to observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.\n\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.\n\nBasic experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\n\nEagerness to learn secure, fault-tolerant infrastructure practices.\n\nGood written and spoken Business English.\n\nLevels we're hiring\nPrincipal 8+ years -
