You’ll lead design work across key growth initiatives, shaping experiences that improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention across both web and app.\nYou’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to spot high-impact opportunities, form clear hypotheses, and design, test, and refine solutions that move both user and business metrics. This is a hands-on, craft-driven role for someone who cares deeply about the details, thinks in systems, and designs for real.\nThe role sits at the intersection of user-centered design, strategy, and problem-solving.
