Familiarity with HP or Cisco switches and wireless access points (WAPs).\nCloud & Virtualization: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms.\nHotel Systems Integration: Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, Point of Sale (POS) systems, IPTV, telephony (PABX), and key card systems. setupmyhotel.com\nSecurity & Compliance: Understanding ofPCI DSS standards, endpoint security tools (RMM, MDR), and antivirus solutions.\nBackup & Disaster Recovery: Experience with backup solutions such as Datto, Veeam, or similar, and familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution.\nTechnical Documentation: Ability to create detailed network diagrams, system configurations, and standard operating procedures using tools like Microsoft Visio.\nTelephony & Unified Communications: Experience with VoIP systems, including configuration and troubleshooting of VLANs, QoS, and SIP protocols.\nHardware & Peripheral Support: Proficiency in setting up and maintaining hardware such as servers, workstations, printers, UPS units, and IP KVM switches.\nCertifications & Training: Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or ITIL Foundations are highly desirable.\nPay and Benefits:\nThis is a full-time position located in the United States and performed on-site with travel.\nEstimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $80,000.00+ annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
