Acting as a trusted advisor, the Solutions Engineer develops secure, scalable, and outcome-focused solutions across managed services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, networking, data protection, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives while partnering with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to drive customer success.\nYou know how to:\nConsult on the sale, design, and delivery of IT products and solutions for projects including but not limited to IT managed service plans, cloud migrations, and AI solutions.\n\nAssess existing IT environments and confidently articulate recommendations in an illustrative manner to current and prospective clients.\n\nDevelop detailed Statement of Work documents for Client and internal guidance\n\nCreate budgets that map to the client or prospective clients’ budget, IT, and business goals.\n\nAnalyze, prepare, and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for each client in your assigned portfolio.\n\nParticipate with the sales team on early-stage prospect interactions.\n\nPartner with the Client Executives, Account Managers, Sales Operations, and field staff to deliver excellent service to current and prospective clients.\n\nWork in a fast-paced Managed IT Services environment working on multiple, concurrent client proposals.\n\nYou have presales skills in the following technologies:\nMS Office 365 - Entra ID, Intune, MFA, etc.\n\nMicrosoft Copilot & Copilot Cowork\n\nMicrosoft-based servers and workstations\n\nPrivate and public cloud services - Azure, AWS, GCP, Nutanix\n\nAI technologies and adoption\n\nCybersecurity services - EDR, MDR, SIEM, SOC, SOAR, etc.\n\nBackup and disaster recovery solutions\n\nNetwork firewalls and managed switches\n\nKnowledge of compliance frameworks - SOC2, CMMC, etc.\n\nExisting Certifications are a plus - Microsoft, AWS\n\nPay and Benefits\nThis is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.\nEstimated Starting Salary/Wage Range:$115,000+ annually along with On Target Incentives (OTI), less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis(The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees]skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
