Our team follows a hybrid schedule, working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest. The primary purpose of this role is to enable the output of the communications and marketing team, offering support to management and expertise across key functional areas of communications (i.e. media relations, thought leadership, events, social media and marketing). This role requires a passion for and extensive experience in writing, content development and liaising with press to support company-wide communications, particularly externally.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWork collaboratively with teams across Nexxen to develop and lead strategic communications plans, messaging and written content for corporate announcements and product launches spanning Nexxen’s global regions\nSeek out and manage opportunities related to earned and paid media activities to increase Nexxen’s visibility and differentiation in market\nCoordinate with colleagues on the global Marketing & Communications team to ensure strategic go-to-market planning and implementation of PR and Marketing efforts\nLead company awards programs and submissions for thought leadership and speaking opportunities\nBuild effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders\nManage relationships with partners, sponsors and organizing committees\nCollaborate with management to achieve specific communication goals and objectives as well as to define evaluation methods for success\nWhat you’ll bring:\nBachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in journalism, communication, public relations or marketing; Master’s Degree in a similar field a plus\n6-8 years of relevant experience, including in ad tech and/or in a PR agency\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex\ncapabilities and ever-evolving ecosystems into clear, differentiated messaging\nDemonstrated creative and analytical experience in writing and editing, particularly in AP Style\nEstablished relationships with journalists in the business, technology and advertising spaces\nIn-depth knowledge of current trends and techniques in marketing, public relations, advertising and social media\nExtremely strong project management with global, cross-functional relationships\nStrong work ethic, integrity and high level of confidentiality\nWillingness & ability to travel, potentially internationally\nWritten and spoken fluency in English is required\nIn support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $130,000 - $150,000. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
