Operating with a high degree of independence, this role leads technical projects end to end, resolves complex Level 3 issues through root-cause analysis, automates repeatable work, and guides IT Systems Engineer I and IT Support team members.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInfrastructure & Networking\nOwn office and remote-access networks, including Palo Alto Prisma Access / GlobalProtect and Cisco Meraki LAN, WAN, firewall, and wireless.\nImprove redundancy and failover across AWS, Azure, and VMware, and monitor performance and capacity.\nIdentity, Microsoft 365 & Automation\nAdminister and troubleshoot Active Directory (including DNS, replication, and sync), Entra ID, SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access.\nManage Microsoft 365, Jira Cloud, and Slack integrations, automating tasks with Microsoft Graph and scripting.\nBuild AI-assisted automations, govern AI platform access and controls, and vet new AI tools for security and compliance.\nSecurity & Compliance\nEnforce endpoint (CrowdStrike), email (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Mimecast), firewall/VPN, and Zero Trust controls.\nOwn backup and retention policies (Druva) and audit-ready SOX and SOC 2 controls.\nProjects & Leadership\nLead migrations and technical-debt cleanup, enforce IT standards, and resolve Level 2-3 escalations with root-cause analysis.\nMaintain system documentation and mentor IT Systems Engineer I and IT Support team members.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\n4-6 years in systems engineering, including Level 3 troubleshooting with root-cause analysis and documentation.\nAdvanced skills with Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, AWS IaaS, VMware, VPN, and Meraki, plus Windows and macOS administration.\nScripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, or Microsoft Graph), including hands-on use of AI tools in IT operations.\nSolid knowledge of Zero Trust, email security, and SOX/SOC 2 compliance.\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform, PagerDuty, monitoring tools, and ITIL practices.\nAbility to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate with a global team.\nExcellent written and verbal English, with strong documentation habits.\nRelevant certifications.\nOur Commitment\nAt Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contributions.
