You will need to step into active conversations quickly, arrange the right meetings, ask direct questions, create clarity from ambiguity, and keep stakeholders and engineering moving toward delivery.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with regional finance, FP&A, publisher operations, and sales operations to understand business needs, workflows, pain points, and decision requirements.\nOwn and maintain the BI and reporting roadmap for your domain, balancing business value, technical feasibility, dependencies, and delivery capacity.\nPrioritize tasks and initiatives within your area, then advocate for their inclusion in team sprints alongside the VP of Product Management and other PMs.\nDrive initiatives end to end, from discovery and definition through development, release, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nTranslate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and delivery plans.\nWork with data and engineering teams to build and improve reporting pipelines, data models, BI reports, and supporting data infrastructure.\nLead agile product practices for your initiatives, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, demos, and release coordination.\nManage stakeholders across functions and geographies, communicate trade-offs, surface risks, and drive decisions without formal authority.\nValidate that reporting is accurate, understandable, usable, and aligned to the business questions it is intended to answer.\nCreate clear documentation, release communications, and enablement materials to support adoption.\nWhat will I Bring:\n5+ years of product management experience, ideally in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, SaaS, or a related technical environment.\nDemonstrated product management maturity and ownership, with the ability to move work forward independently and follow through to completion.\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders to uncover the right questions, challenge assumptions, and turn ambiguity into an actionable plan.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to lead without formal authority.\nExperience partnering with engineering and data teams on complex requirements, dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery decisions.\nA bias toward action, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to proactively create momentum rather than wait for direction.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.\nExperience That Is Helpful:\nSQL, data modeling, warehouse design, semantic layers, and reporting pipeline concepts.\nBI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Datorama.\nDistributed data stores and relational database management systems, including Vertica or Druid - based reporting services.\nFinancial reporting, FP&A, margin analysis, publisher operations, or sales operations.\nAgile development practices and experience working with globally distributed teams.\nAt Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution.
