Our ideal candidate is a fast but thorough problem solver, and a fun person to work with!\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn features end to end, from design to production, including monitoring, data quality and production support.\n\nTake part in designing and building the next generation of company data products, such as Identity and audience solutions.\n\nImplement high-scale Big Data solutions and contribute to our platform infrastructure and architecture.\n\nLeverage AI to accelerate development and operations, and help build AI-driven capabilities into our data platform.\n\nLead and mentor other developers through complex projects that impact our core business.\n\nResearch core technologies and integrations with external data providers and services.\n\nWork with various stakeholders: Product, Engineering, data providers, etc.\n\nWhat will I bring?\n6+ years of software development experience.\n\nExperience building and optimizing data pipelines, ETLs, and streaming systems using technologies such as Spark, Kafka and Airflow, over HDFS / S3.\n\n3+ years of experience in Java or Scala, and hands-on experience with Python.\n\nStrong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Vertica or a similar columnar / MPP database.\n\nExperience with performance optimization of high-scale systems.\n\nExperience with large-scale graph processing / graph algorithms (e.g. connected components, community detection) - advantage.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes - advantage.\n\nExperience with GitLab and Grafana - advantage.\n\nTeam player, low ego, strong communication skills.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or an equivalent degree.\n\nAt Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution.
