In this role, you will support the delivery of Gen AI cloud infrastructure services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud-based infrastructures. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our AI acceleration platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the projects.\nCoordinate the execution of projects by working with backend technical teams.\nAssist in implementing and managing cloud infrastructures utilizing Linux-based tools and technologies.\nSupport the deployment of Gen AI solutions within cloud environments, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.\nMonitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.\nIdentify and manage resources to meet project requirements and timelines.\n\nProject Status Communication:\nCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on service delivery status.\nCommunicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and management.\nAssist in addressing client concerns and resolving service-related issues promptly.\n\nProcess Improvement:\nParticipate in identifying areas for service delivery optimization and contribute to the development of improvement strategies.\nSupport the implementation of best practices in service delivery to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.\n\nCollaboration:\nWork closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.\nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.\n\nDocumentation:\nEnsure proper documentation of every aspect of project.\nHandover to Operations team with all necessary documents.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n12+ years of experience in service delivery management within the cloud infrastructure industry, with a focus on Linux-based tools and technologies.\nBasic understanding of Generative AI solutions and cloud integration.\nStrong understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, and DevOps practices.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML infrastructure (GPU provisioning, distributed training environments, containerization).\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.\nExperience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.\nExperience with AI/ML deployment in cloud environments.\nKnowledge of MLOps tools and platforms (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, etc.).\nPMP, PRINCE2
